Tailwaggerz Professional is a family-owned salon in Penkhull, Stoke-on-Trent servicing Newcastle-under-Lyme and the surrounding areas. We provide a comfortable and professional grooming experience for your much-loved pet and strive to provide the highest quality service at all times for our valued customers. Rest-assured, your pet's welfare will always come first, alongside our expert grooming service. No matter what size, shape or breed, we believe your pet deserves the very best! We offer everything from a simple bath ‘wash and go’, to a full groom and salon experience with a range of extras


Experienced

Fully-qualified professional dog groomers, we have a wide cross-breed knowledge base. Whilst it is important to have solid experience of grooming all breed standards, it is also vital to know dogs. Being able to recognise and address when dogs are happy, tired or restless ensures that your dog enjoys the grooming experience as much as possible. From Pugs, Staffies and Rotties who just need a regular bath, or Yorkies, Schnauzers and Poodles who require a specific cut, we cater for all in our new salon designed with safety and comfort in mind. We have a separate play area next to the salon, so when grooming is complete (or a dog needs a little break), they can relax and / or have a nap or play with the toys in our well-stocked toybox.

We Love Dogs!

We have over twenty-eight years of experience of owning and caring for dogs of all breeds. At Tailwaggerz, we have our own four happy ‘rescue’ dogs, all of whom are very different in terms of breed, size, age and personality! We are tireless supporters of local dog rescue centres and charities and pride ourselves on providing an ethical and professional service for our customers. Whilst your dog is in our care they are treated like ‘one of our own’. At Tailwaggerz, we have canine first-aid knowledge and experience, and are always happy to offer advice on anything dog-related as needed.
